江蘇省泰興經濟開發區是江蘇省沿江重點發展的化工園區，2005年被中國石油和化工工業協會命名為“中國精細化工（泰興）開發園區”，園區規劃面積85平方公里，已建成面積約20平方公里，匯集了美、德、英、法、日、新加坡及港澳臺等國家和地區的企業160多家。

項目主要內容：

隨著下游如汽車、集成電路、膠粘劑等產業的快速發展，國內環氧樹脂需求增長較快，近幾年，環氧樹脂的進口量年均增長率為27.88%，預計2012年我國對環氧樹脂需求增長較快，近幾年，環氧樹脂的進口量年均增長率為27.88%，預計2012年我國對環氧樹脂的需求總量將達到120萬噸左右。比利時蘇威公司在我區投資的10萬噸環氧氯丙烷項目即將開工建設，因此，在我區建設具有經濟規模、牌號齊全的特種環氧樹脂裝置具有廣闊前景。

In 2005, it was named as “China Fine-chemical (Taixing) Park” by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association with 85km² planning square. There are 150 enterprises from America、Germany、England、 France、Japan、Singapore、Hong Kong、Macao and Taiwan in the zone.

Market Analysis: With the development of car、integrated circuit、glue industries, the demand of epoxy resin is increasing in our country. In recent years, the average annual growth rate of import volume is 27.88%. It is expected that the demand of epoxy resin in our country will reach 1，200，000 tons in 2012. So the epoxy resin device construction has the vast potential for future development.
